William Jordan

William Francis Jordan Jr., 60, of Scranton, died Monday at home. Born Oct. 23, 1953, in Scranton, son of the late William Francis Sr. and Kathleen "Kay" Moran Jordan, he was a 1972 graduate of Abington Heights High School. Bill had a charming sense of humor and enjoyed sharing his laughter with others. He was friendly and kind, and he especially enjoyed the happy times with his nieces and nephews. He was a lover of music. His free spirit and gentleness will be sadly missed. Surviving are a brother, Dennis and wife, Patricia, Ambler; three sisters, Kathleen Judge, Chinchilla; Mary Ellen Jordan, Scranton; and Margaret "Maggie" Sallusti and husband, Henry, Scranton; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.The funeral will be Saturday with Mass at 10 a.m. in Our Lady of the Snows Church, 301 S. State St., Clarks Summit. Interment, Cathedral Cemetery.The family will receive relatives and friends Saturday, 9 until the time of Mass, at the church.
