Tera Terry

Tera G. Cozart Terry, 39 years, of Clarks Summit, died Sunday after a tragic automobile accident, southwest of Cromwell, Ind. She was the wife of Robert "Junior" Terry Jr.

Born May 4, 1978, in Columbus, Ohio, she was the daughter of Terrie Lynn (Ferrell) Cozart, Clarks Summit, and the late Timothy Cozart.

A 1996 graduate of Abington Heights High School, she received her Bachelor of Science degree in communications and an additional B.S. in theatre from the Ohio State University. She was awarded her Juris Doctorate from Dayton University. She had been employed by Tiffany Court at Kingston, where she worked as an office manager/HR director. She formerly was a public defender for Hazard County, Ky., where she was a member of the Hazard County Bar Association.

She was a member of the Clarks Summit United Methodist Church and was a former member of the Eastern Star while living in Kentucky.

Also surviving are one brother, Jack Cozart and his wife, Courtney, Craryville, N.Y.; a nephew, Jaymes Conaboy, Clarks Summit; father-in-law, Robert Terry Sr. (Cheryl); and mother-in-law, Pammy (Jesse) Sanchez, Cromwell, Ind.

The funeral will be Friday at 2:30 p.m. from Jennings-Calvey Funeral and Cremation Services Inc., 111 Colburn Ave., Clarks Summit, with services by the Rev. John Bondus, pastor of the Clarks Green United Methodist Church. Interment, Clarks Green Cemetery. The family will receive relatives and friends Friday from noon to 2:15 p.m.
