Robert J. Bowen, Jr. RN

The funeral for Robert J. Bowen Jr., RN, 72, who died Jan. 12, 2022, at his home in Palmetto, Florida, has been scheduled for Saturday, April 23, with Mass at 11 a.m., to be celebrated by the Rev. Lee Havey, C.P., at St. Ann's Basilica, 1233 St. Ann St. The family will receive friends from 10 to 10:45 a.m. Members of the Clarks Summit Fire Company will bestow honors with a memorial service at 10:30 a.m. and an honor guard will provide an escort to the interment at St. Catherine's Cemetery, Moscow.

Surviving: his wife, Mari, née Swift; three sons, James Caulson, Ryan Caulson (Bonnie) and Michael Caulson; mother-in-law, Anne Swift; brother-in-law, Martin Swift (Pam); sister-in-law, Ann Wolenter (Richard); and devoted nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Clarks Summit Fire Company No. 1, 321 Bedford St., Clarks Summit, PA 18411; or St. Ann's Basilica Parish, 1250 St. Ann St., Scranton, PA 18504.

Bob was such a loving Husband and father. Thank you for all you did for our family and our community. You made a difference as a Teacher, Nurse and a Fire Fighter. RIP Bob Bowen.
