Richard E. Fadden

Richard Eugene “Dick” Fadden, 73, Clarks Summit, died on Saturday, April 27, in Allied Skilled Nursing Facility.  He was the husband of the late Rosemary T. (Scanlon) Fadden who died in 2016.  The couple was married since July 23, 2002.

Born August 23, 1950 in Scranton, he was the son of the late Eugene M. and Helen (Thomas) Fadden.

Surviving are four brothers: John P. Fadden and his wife, Joan, of Chicago, IL, Gerald P. Murray, Jr., and his wife, Maureen, of Fredericksburg, Virginia, Willian B. Murray and his wife Elizabeth (Liz) Murray of Lawrenceville, New Jersey, Timothy Murray and his wife, Joanne, of North Caldwell, New Jersey, and Kevin J. Murray and his wife, Kelly, Of Bell Mead New Jersey. 

In addition to his wife, Rosemary, he was preceded in death by his stepson, David Brian Vanderpool, Jr.

The funeral will be held on Wednesday, May 15, from 11am -12pm at Jennings-Calvey Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc., 111 Colburn Avenue, Clarks Summit. Interment, Our Lady Of Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Dunmore.
