Patricia Sanders

Patricia D. Sanders, 74, formerly of Waverly, died Friday at Golden Living Center, Scranton. Born May 31, 1939, in Wilkes-Barre, daughter of the late Wayne and Eleanor (Kane) Sanders, Waverly, she was a graduate of Kingston High School, and received her associate's degree from Wilkes College, Wilkes-Barre. She had worked as an executive secretary, and was a member of Our Lady of the Snows Parish, Clarks Summit.Surviving are her sister, Linda Sanders and husband, Alan States, and their daughters, Justine and Eliza States, Brookline, Mass.; and her sister, Elaine Hardy and husband, Jeff Hardy, New Bern, N.C., and their daughter, Staci O'Dowd and husband, Mike, and their daughter, Shannon McMillan and husband, Mark, and their children, Rachel and Joseph.The funeral will be Thursday with Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of the Snows, 301 S. State St., Clarks Summit. Interment, St. Mary's Cemetery, Hanover Twp.
