A carpenter by trade, he retired from his second career at Massapequa Hospital, New York. He later was an enforcement officer for the Toms River Dog Licensing Bureau, and served as a volunteer for the Holiday Heights First Aid Squad.
He was a faithful member of St. Rose of Lima Parish, Carbondale. He was truly devoted to his family, and enjoyed working and providing for them. He enjoyed bowling, hunting, watching old movies and playing pool, but especially loved dancing with his sweetheart, Sylvia. His special zest for life will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
