John Walsh

John Joseph Walsh, 68, of Dalton died Monday, November 25, 2013, in St. Mary Medical Center, Langhorne. His wife of 44 years is the former Lillian May Swingle.

Born March 3, 1945, in Scranton, he was the son of the late John Ambrose and Ruth Hill Walsh. A Dalton resident for more than 38 years, formerly of Scranton, he was educated in Scranton schools. Before retirement in 2010 he was a technician and was employed by Procter and Gamble for more than 40 years.

Also surviving are two daughters, Debbie Walsh and fianceI�, Robert Jesso, Scranton; and Carol Davis and husband, Scott, Union Dale; a brother, William T. Walsh, Dalton; a sister, Joan Cerminaro, Scranton; five granddaughters, Samantha Mahoney, Olivia and Julia Keslosky; Amber and Valerie Davis; a step-grandson, Ashton Jesso; a great-granddaughter, Lexie Rose Anneman; nieces and nephews.

The family will receive relatives and friends Wednesday, 2 to 4 p.m. at the Jennings-Calvey Funeral and Cremation Services Inc.
