Bill will be dearly missed. Always a smile and a wave when I met him in Dalton. He was a classmate of mine since grade school. He was indeed a kind and gentle man. Rest in peace Bill.

Mr. McDonald gave me one of my first jobs in high school- working at the pharmacy then at the video store. He was always so patient and kind to me. Condolences go out to his family. He will be sorely missed.

I am so sorry to learn of Bill's death. I have many fond memories from high school and early college years. Bill was a good friend during that time and you never forget thoese early friends and the impact they had on our life. I am so glad that I had a chance to talk with Bill and Marie at our last class reunion and regret not having kept in touch since then. My condolences to Marie, the children and grandchildren. There is a saying from James Joyce--they lived and laughed and loved and left--and the world will never be the same. Rest in peace, Bill.
