Le Anne Carol Weber, 54, Clarks Summit, died Thursday in Hospice of the Sacred Heart Inpatient Facility, Dunmore. Born May 26, 1960, in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Carl "Pete" and Joan (Feete) Weber. A Clarks Summit resident, she was formerly of Baltimore, Md. She graduated from Roland Park Country School, Baltimore. Before moving to Clarks Summit, she was employed in the family business, Miller-North Broad Moving and Storage, Philadelphia manager of international sales.Le Anne, a notable artist, had been active in the area art community. Surviving are an aunt and uncle, Dottie (Feete) and George Peyton, Powell, Ohio; an uncle, Richard M. Feete and wife, Helen, Galax, Va.; an aunt, Susan Feete, Long Island, N.Y.; cousins, Janet Mockard, Baltimore; Jeannie Mockard, Boston, Mass.; Rob Mockard, Columbus, Ohio; Jennifer Quinlan, London, Ohio; Jeffery Peyton, Dublin, Ohio; Jim and Kate Feete, Galax; and David and Amy Feete, Huntington, Long Island.She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Deborah Weber Obici and Robin Weber Black.A memorial service will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Jennings-Calvey Funeral and Cremation Services Inc., 111 Colburn Ave., Clarks Summit, with services by the Rev. William G. Carter, pastor of First Presbyterian Church, Clarks Summit. Interment will be private in North Jackson Cemetery. The family will receive relatives and friends Saturday from 10 to 11 a.m.Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Sacred Heart, 600 Baltimore Drive, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702, or Griffin Pond Animal Shelter, 967 Griffin Pond Road, Clarks Summit, PA 18411.
