Frank DeVivo Oct 22 2021 12:00 AM

My deepest sympathy and condolences to Jeff's family. He was a wonderful, kind soul and I was lucky to have known him. He used to play pinball in the mornings where I worked in North Scranton. Never caused any trouble and always had a big hello for us. So sorry to hear this sad news.
