Well i am a sophmore in high scohol and I did p90x during track season because the coaches would only let the track kids in the weight room. i thought that some of the tapes were really good and enjoyed them but others i couldn't stand doing. i didn't follow the diet, i would just try to eat a little bit healthier. i feel like this summer i have gotten much stronger lifting in the weight room hard 6 days a week than i would have using p90x, but it is still a good workout tape. Hope you enjoy it.
